John and Tina Shaw have been operating as Market Town Meats since june 6th 2009. Having moved form their previous premises at Kibo Road Regents Park, where they had been for 10 years. Having taken over from Tina's parents, who had run the business for nearly 30 years. John is also a qualified chef having almost 25 years experience in hotels and catering. We provide a wide range of meats and gourmet sausages including - crocodile with chemoula, venison with wild tomato, emu with wild tomato, and camel bratwurst. We can also get game meat and birds including - hare, venison, partridge, pheasant, geese, spatchcock, crocodile and emu, When in season. We can also supply and cook sucker pigs and milk fed lamb for the spit (which we also hire out). We can also supply your whole bbq needs including salads bread rolls and dessert.
